I’m a size 40 W 34.
About 5’9 and 170 lbs.

So I wear a size 40, I got the coat a size 38 to fit slim and if you like the slim fit I’d recommend this coat. You wouldn’t be able to fit the suit jacket and coat if you’re a 40 so I usually would wear it without a coat.
